WHAT WE DO
With decades of identifying and delivering the highest-quality residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial real estate products throughout the United States, Marengo Companies has the ideal combination of innovative thinking, experience, relationships, and pragmatic problem-solving skills to formulate and execute creative and strategic results for our clients.
Marengo integrates these skills and acts as a unique bridge between the development team, government entitling agencies, and community leaders to best address the complex and costly entitlement requirements that challenge all of our clients. It is the ability to speak both languages that sets Marengo Companies apart.
Throwing away the traditional playbook of “over ask and under deliver” - Marengo Companies listens and formulates a comprehensive strategy that is in our client’s best interest.
We work closely and collaboratively with our strategic partners (land use counsel, civil engineers, brokers, etc.) to act as the “air traffic controller” for our clients. While we address the full spectrum of entitlement activity and work collaboratively with all participants (local, state, federal, civic, neighborhood), our strength lies in our ability to uniquely design and implement a tactical program to maximize each of our client’s needs.
The net benefit of utilizing this integrated approach is an efficient and cost-effective result for our clients. Our breadth and reach expand across the political aisle to best navigate through the changing and challenging landscape of land use throughout the United States.
Put us to work for you. We look forward to working with you to achieve and exceed your real estate goals.
